Privacy Policy
Plain-language information about how this website handles data.
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what happens to information when you visit low-tours.com or email us. In short: very little is collected, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
This website
- low-tours.com is a static website made of plain HTML pages, one stylesheet, images and a font file that are all served from our own hosting.
- The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers, social media plugins, embedded maps or other third-party scripts.
- There are no forms, accounts or payment pages, so no personal data is entered or stored through the site.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical server logs — for example IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are kept by the hosting provider in line with its own retention practices. We do not use them to profile visitors.
When you email us
If you write to contact@low-tours.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and any follow-up you ask for. We do not add you to mailing lists and do not sell or share your details for marketing. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold from your emails, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to contact@low-tours.com.
Changes
If our practices change — for example if a booking system is added in future — this page will be updated first.
