Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions visitors ask most often.

How do I book an experience?

Send an email to contact@low-tours.com with your dates, group size, hotel area and the experiences you like. There is no online booking on this website — we plan with you by email.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Prices depend on the date, the group size and how the experience is arranged (for example private or shared). Rather than show numbers that may not apply to you, we answer each enquiry individually.

Can experiences be private?

Private or small-group arrangements are possible on request. Just tell us who is travelling.

Which experiences suit families?

Crocoparc, the Sunset Camel Ride, the Marina & Kasbah Tour and the Agadir City Tour are popular with families. Let us know the children's ages.

Is Taghazout good for beginner surfers?

Yes — the area has gentle beaches for learning as well as famous point breaks for experienced surfers. Conditions vary by season and day.

Will Paradise Valley have water?

Usually some, but the rock pools depend on rainfall. After long dry spells they can be low. We will tell you what we know when you enquire.

When is Souk El Had open?

It is closed on Mondays. Sunday is the busiest day, and on Fridays many stalls close for a while around midday prayers.

What currency should I bring?

Morocco uses the dirham (MAD). It is generally obtained inside Morocco — at the airport, banks or ATMs. See our travel tips.

Do you speak English?

Yes. All planning by email is in English.

Do you take payments online?

No. This website does not take payments, and we never ask for card details by email.
